Result
80% of testers reported better understanding of trade setup.
3/4 completed trade tasks faster than control group.
Live results (target): ↑ KYC pass-through by 15%, ↓ median time-to-first-trade by 25%.
My contribution
Designed flows, prototypes, and copy. Ran usability sessions. Defined analytics events for funnel tracking. Product + compliance teams owned vendor integration and policy decisions.
Takeaways
Adding contextual tooltips and progressive steps helped make a dense platform feel more human and less intimidating.
Some of the most effective guidance points were not flashy features - but basic task help (like setting limits or finding trade history).
